CS 和 CW項(xiàng)目LOT190Aa（穩(wěn)壓器安全閥）（招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目編號(hào)：CGN-202407190002），項(xiàng)目資金來源為 企業(yè)自籌且已落實(shí)， 本項(xiàng)目已具備招標(biāo)條件，現(xiàn)進(jìn)行公開招標(biāo)。

CS and CW Project LOT190Aa(Pressurizer Safety Relief Valves) (Tendering No. CGN-202407190002) , source of fund is secured, the Tendering Party is China Nuclear Power Engineering Company Limited. This project is now ready for public tendering.

二、項(xiàng)目概況和招標(biāo)范圍

\r\n

招標(biāo)內(nèi)容與范圍：本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目不分標(biāo)段，本次招標(biāo)內(nèi)容包括12套穩(wěn)壓器安全閥，每個(gè)項(xiàng)目各6套，及其安裝與調(diào)試必要的專用工具、備品備件和消耗品，以及合同執(zhí)行過程中與設(shè)備交付后必要的文件等。具體招標(biāo)范圍和要求以招標(biāo)文件規(guī)定為準(zhǔn)。

Tendering Scope: The scope contains 12 sets of Pressurizer Safety Relief Valves（6 sets for each project）, including the equipment design, procurement, fabrication, examination, test, packing, delivery, documentation, service and training, etc. For the detailed scope, major technical information and requirements, please refer to tendering document.

\r\n

CS項(xiàng)目首批設(shè)備：2027-12-30。

\r\n

CW項(xiàng)目首批設(shè)備：2028-01-30。

\r\n

Delivery Schedule of the first batch :

CS project：2027-12-30。

\r\n

CW project：2028-01-30。

\r\n

三、投標(biāo)人資格要求Eligible Bidders

\r\n

1.基本資格Basic Requirement

\r\n

（1）投標(biāo)人須具有法人資格；Must be alegally registeredindependent entity;

\r\n

（2）投標(biāo)人應(yīng)通過ISO9001或其等效質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證，且處于有效期內(nèi)。

\r\n

Obtain an ISO9001 (or equivalent) certificate .

\r\n

2.財(cái)務(wù)要求Financial Requirement

\r\n

投標(biāo)人銀行資信記錄、財(cái)務(wù)狀況良好，不得處于被責(zé)令停業(yè)、財(cái)產(chǎn)被接管或凍結(jié)的情形。Enjoy good bank credit and business reputation without hA/Ving been ordered to rectify business, take over, frozen account or bankruptcy;

3.信譽(yù)要求Business Reputation

\r\n

遞交投標(biāo)文件截止時(shí)間之前，投標(biāo)人未被招標(biāo)人或相關(guān)主管部門取消或限制其投標(biāo)資格；Must not be restricted from bidding by purchaser or relevant authorities.

\r\n

4.中華人民共和國(guó)民用核安全設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)、制造許可證HAF 604 Certificates

\r\n

投標(biāo)人應(yīng)取得國(guó)家核安全局頒發(fā)的中華人民共和國(guó)核安全設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)、制造許可證，許可范圍涵蓋核1級(jí)安全閥，且處于有效期內(nèi)。Should hA/Ve obtained the HAF 604 Certificates, the scope should cover safety valves of safety class level one.

5.其他要求Other Requirement

\r\n

（1）本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)；Consortium is not accepted;

\r\n

（2）本項(xiàng)目不接受代理商投標(biāo)；Agent is not accepted;

\r\n
